I’m Rebecca. I’m bodyworker, healing arts practitioner, and spaceholder. Utilizing touch and bodywork, somatic awareness, connecting to the breath, spiritual coaching, and energy practices, I supporting people in opening up to and connecting with their bodies, seeing, healing, and completing trauma stories or imprints, welcoming in the possibilities of life, and rediscovering their innate sense of wholeness.

I see the body as a continuum—a highly sophisticated expression of feeling, presence, memory, and connection to itself, others, the world, and all of life. Each moment, each breath, and each sensation is a part of a greater weaving of existence. This perspective guides my approach, as I steward others in remembering and reclaiming the trust, flow, and sacredness of their own bodies and honoring the continuous rhythm of life that ties us to our truest essence.
