Welcome! I’m Rebecca.

I supporting others in opening up to and connecting with their bodies and rediscovering their innate sense of wholeness. I create space where deep rest can emerge, allowing the nervous system to unwind. I invite hearts to step forward, encouraging a listening to the body’s wisdom and what it truly needs. From this place, healing naturally unfolds—gently, with presence and patience—empowering one to reclaim their vitality, safety, balance, and inner peace. It is from this state that healing and transformation can take place, flow, and integrate into our lives.

As far back as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the human body. I always felt there was something exrtraordinary about these vessels we have been gifted the ability to walk, explore, feel, experience, touch with. Growing up, I was very engaged with my hands - drawing, making mud pies, writing, cheerleading, painting, talking with my hands, sewing, reciting the rosary. I relied on and oriented to the silent hum of life running through my hands (and felt in my body). As a deeply curious child, I often found myself silently inquiring about and with the in-between, the glitter in the mundane, the energy pulsing through all things.

My path of complete reverence for the human body began with the cranium. When someone close to me endured a TBI and was in a medically induced coma for several weeks, I spent days and nights side by side with them. One early morning, I awoke and was guided to walk over to them and lay my hands on their head- it made no logical sense, they weren’t supposed to be touched, yet my feet and hands were carried and moved by something else in that moment. Touching both brain and skull, I was forever changed.

Over the last 10 years, I have engaged with and deepened into ancient and modern modalities and lineages of bodywork and healing practices, as well as spiritual and psychological frameworks for understanding and relating with people and bodies. I have studied/trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Psychology, Anatomy & Physiology, BodyMind Centering, Holistic Pelvic Care, Energy Healing, and Abdominal & Lymphatic Bodywork.

Today, I’m enthusiastic about supporting others in connecting to their bodies and creating deeper relationships to themselves and their inner worlds, as well as supporting the natural flow of healing to come forth from within. In returning to their breath, breathing life into their tissues, and becoming unstuck—physically, energetically, and spiritually, we are able to embody our soul’s wisdom and access an innate wellspring of resource, vitality, and joy.

Thank you for reading this, if you want to step in or have any curiosities about or for me, please connect <3
